We are looking for someone that has:

A sound knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript – enough to build a solid template from a design

Experience demonstrating how something works to the end user, and the ability to write basic training documents (think simple user guides) if required.

Requirements:

We require that the right person should be fluent in HTML, JavaScript, XHTML, CSS, Web Standards approach to development and integration with PHP, ASP, AJAX, JavaScript. Jquery knowledge is preferred.

The Web developer should be proficient in Fireworks & Dreamweaver (Macromedia Studio), Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), & Acrobat. Flash preferred.

Knowledge of Web 2.0 practice

Additional knowledge using Drupal (6 & 7) to write custom modules and build complex web applications with MySQL or to develop templates will be a huge plus.

Special Bonus if you know and have worked with Magento or other ECommerce Implementations.
