Responsibilities
The incumbent will: 

  • Assist Supervisor in coordinating the academic activities of Postgraduate trainees.
  • Compile and maintain the residents in-training evaluations, including scheduling of the evaluations, tabulation of the evaluations and sharing the evaluations with the residents.  
  • Coordinate the logistic and administrative support for the arrangement of teaching sessions and in-service exam.
  • Update and maintain record of monthly evaluation, leave record of Residents and Interns and maintain files of Residents and Medical Officers.
  • Assist in the recruitment of Postgraduate trainees.
  • Arrange and record minutes of meetings.
  • Type medical reports, letters, memos and other faculty assignments.
  • Arrangement & installation of audio visual equipments for the meetings/sessions.
  • Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor.

 

Requirements
Candidates should have: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 to 3 years of  relevant experience;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills to deal with individuals from diverse backgrounds;
