Professional Development Teacher
Responsibilities |
The incumbent will be responsible to:
- Work in relevant team (s) for developing and reviewing programme handbook and instructional materials for teaching;
- Assist and co-teach in the programmes offered under ECDP;
- Plan/design workshops, sessions and short courses in ECDP;
- Communicate to the project stakeholders/beneficiaries required for programmatic offerings;
- Participate in ECDP research initiatives and team meetings;
- Prepare periodic progress reports for submission to the Management;
- Facilitate project team and beneficiaries to achieve the project objectives.

Requirements |
Applicants should have:
- A Master’s degree in Education or a degree in ECED with 2-3 years of relevant experience;
- Strong conceptual and communication skills both verbal and written in English with ability to write reports, Baluchi language will be an added advantage;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks as well as meeting stringent deadlines and ability to work well in teams;
- Willingness to travel domestically;
- Proficiency in MS Office.
