Aga Khan University invites applications for the position of Senior Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for handling all office administrative work for the Marketing Department and act as secretary to senior manager, marketing. S/he will be assisting the marketing staff in handling general administrative matters in Karachi and for AKUH representative offices in Hyderabad, Quetta and UAE including follow-up for petty cash statements and other HR and Finance related issues; maintaining monthly stock of brochures in the department and sending requisition for brochures in a timely manner every month; assisting in organizing “Signs, Symptoms and Care” and other health awareness programmes in Corporations, Schools, Clubs etc. across Karachi, Hyderabad, Quetta and UAE; ensuring all corporate files are updated with current notifications and contact details ensuring that all email databases are updated with current and correct information.

 

Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree;
  • Preferably 3 to 4 years of related experience;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Supervisory skills;Good knowledge of use of computer and basic softwares / programmes;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and perform under pressure.
